Vega Drake Carlsson is an artist, designer, singer and scenographer and costume designer from Stockholm.  Based in Norway.

Educated within bachelor's level in Interior architecture and furniture design and a Master in Theatre, with specialisation in scenography in the Oslo National academy of the Arts.

Vega is committed and interested in in shape, material, meaning, time, senses and sound.

Since childhood, Vega has been surrounded by art and music, and has also been encouraged by friends and family to attend art and crafts schools. From one school to another, a bigger need of investigation of materials within objects, space and costumes.
The drawing, as a method, has always been part of the designprocess. And is the connecting link between the different material choices for investigation.
In recent times, the interest and fascination of scenography has been a way to unite her many interests.
Vega is open for new work possibilities in the coming year.
